Gently stroke along the jaw from chin to ears, then downward along the neck. Use fingertips or knuckles to activate circulation.
Pretend you are holding a spoon with your lips. Hold this position for 10–15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3–4 times.
Smile widely without showing your teeth. Hold for 10 seconds, feeling the lift in your cheeks. Repeat 5 times.
Place fingertips just under the cheekbones. Try to lift the cheeks into a smile while applying gentle downward pressure with your fingers. Repeat 6–8 times.
Place your fist under the chin and press down with your chin while resisting with your fist. Hold for 5 seconds, release. Repeat 5 times.
Tilt head slightly back, push the lower lip upward to stretch the neck area. Hold 10 seconds. Repeat 4 times.
Tap gently around jaw and cheek areas to relax the muscles and complete the session.
