🕒 Practice Time: ~12 minutes, preferably in the morning or before sleep for relaxation and eye comfort.
Close your eyes. Inhale gently and imagine bringing calm into the eye area. Exhale tension. Repeat 5 cycles.
Rub palms until warm. Gently place over closed eyes and hold. Feel the warmth ease the muscles.
Use fingertips to stroke from the center of the forehead outward. Massage between eyebrows in small circles.
Squeeze your eyes tightly shut for 2 seconds, then open wide. Repeat 10 times to tone and release tension.
Gently rotate your eyes clockwise, then counter-clockwise. Keep head still. Repeat 5 times each direction.
Open eyes wide without raising eyebrows. Hold for 10 sec. Repeat 3 times.
Tap with fingertips gently around eyes and forehead to relax muscles and stimulate blood flow.
