Use fingertips to massage around the lips and along the smile lines. Helps relax tightness and boosts circulation.
Purse your lips forward as if kissing the air. Hold for 10–15 sec. Repeat 3–4 times.
Smile without showing teeth. Focus on lifting the corners of the mouth. Hold for 10 sec. Repeat 5 times.
Imagine holding a pencil between your lips. "Write" letters in the air using your lips only. Draw A–E slowly.
Inflate one cheek while gently pressing it with your hand. Hold for resistance. Switch sides. 3x each side.
Tilt head slightly back, push lips forward and upward. Hold 10 sec. Repeat 4 times.
Gently tap around the lips and nose with fingertips to relax and stimulate blood flow.
