🌟 Day 7: Full Face Reset & Radiance

🎯 Goal of the Day

🕒 Practice Time: ~15 minutes, best done in the morning on a free day or self-care evening.

🧘‍♀️ Step-by-Step Practice

1. Grounding Breath (1 min)

Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Center your awareness in your face and neck. Repeat 3–5 times.

2. Face-Warming Massage (2 min)

Stimulate the entire face with light strokes and circular movements: forehead, eyes, cheeks, jawline, and neck.

3. Mixed Zone Lifts (5 min)

Choose 1–2 favorite lifts from previous days for each zone (forehead, eyes, cheeks, lips, neck). Perform 2–3 reps each.

4. Full Face Hold (2 min)

Engage entire face gently: lift eyebrows, smile, puff cheeks, stretch neck. Hold 10 seconds. Release slowly. Repeat twice.

5. Tapping & Toning Finish (2 min)

Tap lightly across all facial zones. Follow with gentle pressure to temples, jaw, and neck for grounding and tone.

6. Mindful Stillness (2 min)

Sit quietly with eyes closed. Feel the energy and freshness in your face. Smile softly and carry this state into your day.
